Mr. Nabeel has deep and broad legal experience in the region spanning 40-years. His practice focuses on litigation, banking, corporate and business law.
Mr. Nabeel’s legal career began as in-house lawyer for the Arab Bank, PLC in Jordan, later assuming the position of Director of the Legal Department.
As Director, he oversaw all the Bank’s corporate transactions, litigation and arbitration matters for its headquarters and all international branches. He has also served as Legal Advisor to the Bank of Jordan, Jordan Gulf Bank and the Amman Financial Market.
From 2000 to 2006, he worked as the Group Legal Advisor to a large business group in Dubai, advising its various local and international subsidiaries, which included some 30 companies and various establishments on trade, industrial and real estate matters.

The Jordanian Legislation Encyclopedia – Mr. Nabeel spearheaded the initiative behind the creation of this highly utilized 21-volume compilation of Jordanian laws. He also contributed to eight sections on civil, companies, commercial, penal and procedural laws.
